Save Gmail attachments in one ZIP.

InboxZip collects the attachments from your Gmail search results into a single flat ZIP file, so you don’t have to open every email. It runs inside your browser: your emails and files never pass through our servers.

How it works

  1. Search in Gmail, for example has:attachment from:accounting.

Questions

How do I download all attachments from a Gmail search at once?
Search in Gmail, open InboxZip and press Download ZIP. The free version saves every attachment on the results page you are looking at. Pro keeps going through each page of the same search and puts everything into one ZIP.

Does InboxZip upload my emails or attachments?
No. The files go from Gmail to your browser and the ZIP is built on your computer. The only thing sent anywhere is your Pro license key, to Polar, to check that it is valid.

Can I choose which files go into the ZIP?
Yes. Pick PDFs, images or other files before you start, and the archive only holds those.

What if two attachments have the same name?
Both are kept: the second one gets a number, so nothing is overwritten.
